How do I place an order?

Order on this website and pay online through Razorpay, or by Cash on Delivery when it is shown as a payment option at checkout. You can also order through Instagram or WhatsApp; those orders are paid by UPI or bank transfer.

Where do you deliver, and when is my order dispatched?

We currently deliver only within India. Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivery time depends on your location and courier. The maximum weight for a single website order is 5 kg. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is free on eligible orders within India, except when purchasing only one Multi Flora Honey 250g jar, which carries a ₹49 delivery charge. Buying two or more Honey 250g jars, or adding any other product, qualifies for Free Delivery. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available only when it is shown as a payment option at checkout for your order.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, at any time before it has been dispatched. Use the Request Cancellation button on your order page, or contact us by email, call or WhatsApp with your order number. If you have already paid, we refund the full amount, including any shipping charge paid with the order. Eligible refunds will be initiated within 5–7 working days. After the refund is initiated, the time taken for the amount to appear in your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.

What if my order arrives damaged, leaking, incorrect or incomplete?

Damaged, leaking, incorrect or missing product? You can request a refund or replacement within 48 hours of confirmed delivery. Please provide photos or videos showing the issue. All requests are subject to verification and approval. Opened or used products are generally not eligible for return unless defective or otherwise required by applicable law. Use the Request Refund or Request Replacement button on your order page, or contact us with your order number.
