2. Information we collect

Contact and delivery details: your name, phone number, email address, and billing and delivery address.
Order and purchase details: the products, quantities and prices you order, order and delivery status, and your order history with us.
Payment-related information: website payments are processed by Razorpay. We receive the payment status, amount, payment method type and a transaction reference. We do not receive or store your full card number, CVV, UPI PIN or net-banking password. For Instagram and WhatsApp orders paid by UPI or bank transfer, we see the details our bank or UPI app shows us to match the payment to your order, such as payer name and transaction reference.
Requests and support: messages you send through the contact form, your order page, email, phone, Instagram or WhatsApp, including photos or videos you share for a cancellation, refund or replacement request.
Technical information: basic visit data such as pages viewed, browser type and approximate location, used in aggregate form.

3. Why we use it

To process, pack, dispatch and deliver your order, and to send you order confirmations, dispatch and tracking updates.
To handle cancellations, refunds, replacements, questions and complaints.
To process payments and prevent fraud or misuse of the website.
To keep accounts, invoices and tax records as required by law.
To understand how the website is used so that we can improve it.

We do not sell customer personal information.

4. Payments

Website payments are made on Razorpay's secure payment interface. Razorpay processes your card, UPI or net-banking details under its own terms and privacy policy. If Cash on Delivery is offered at checkout and you choose it, you pay the delivery partner when your order is delivered, and no online payment details are collected.

5. Who we share it with

We share personal information only where needed to run our business and fulfil your order:

Razorpay, to process website payments and refunds.
Courier and logistics partners, who receive your name, delivery address, phone number and parcel details to deliver your order.
Odoo, the platform that hosts our website, order records and order emails.
Government, tax or legal authorities, when the law requires it.

Instagram and WhatsApp are operated by Meta. Messages you send us there are also handled by those services under their own privacy policies.

6. Cookies and website analytics

The website uses essential cookies that keep you signed in, remember your cart and keep the site secure. We use the website platform's built-in visitor statistics, which report aggregate numbers. We do not use advertising pixels or advertising trackers on this website. If this changes, we will update this policy first.

7. Marketing communications

Messages about your order (such as confirmation, dispatch, tracking and request updates) are service messages, not marketing. We do not currently send promotional emails, SMS or WhatsApp marketing messages. If we start, we will do so only with your consent where the law requires it, and you will be able to opt out at any time.

We keep personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described in this policy, including handling your orders and requests and meeting our accounting, tax and legal obligations. When it is no longer needed, we delete it or make it anonymous.
