1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions apply to orders placed with Pepper Fumes on www.pepperfumes.com or through Instagram or WhatsApp. By placing an order, you agree to them. Pepper Fumes may update these terms at any time; the latest version is always on this page.

3. Products
Pepper Fumes sells natural food products, including Himalayan sea buckthorn products and multiflora honey. All products are sold as foods for general wellness.
4. Health disclaimer
Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Please consult a healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant, nursing or under medical treatment. Honey is not recommended for infants below 12 months. Pepper Fumes is not responsible for allergic reactions, improper use or improper storage of products.
5. Pricing and payment
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. On the website, you can pay online at checkout through Razorpay, our payment partner, or choose Cash on Delivery (COD) when it is shown as a payment option at checkout for your order. Orders placed through Instagram or WhatsApp are paid by UPI or bank transfer. For online payments, an order is confirmed once payment has been received. For COD orders, payment is made to the delivery partner when the order is delivered. Pepper Fumes reserves the right to cancel suspicious or fraudulent orders.
6. Shipping and delivery
We currently deliver only within India. Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 working days. Delivery time depends on your location and courier, and any delivery timeline shown is an estimate. Delivery charges are set out in our Shipping & Delivery Policy and are shown at checkout before you pay. The maximum shipping weight for a single website order is 5 kg. Pepper Fumes is not liable for delays caused by courier services or by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. Risk in the products passes to the customer on delivery.
7. Cancellations
You may cancel an order at any time before it has been dispatched. To cancel, contact us by email at fumespepper@gmail.com or by call or WhatsApp on +91 94183 52525. Please include your order number so that we can find the order. An order that has already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.
If a prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, whether by you or by Pepper Fumes, we refund the full amount paid, including any shipping charge paid with that order. No cancellation charge is deducted. For website orders paid through Razorpay, the refund is made to the original payment method. For Instagram or WhatsApp orders paid by UPI or bank transfer, the refund is made through the corresponding UPI or bank method.
Eligible refunds will be initiated within 5–7 working days. After the refund is initiated, the time taken for the amount to appear in the customer’s account may depend on the bank or payment provider.
8. Damaged, leaking, incorrect or missing items
Damaged, leaking, incorrect or missing product? You can request a refund or replacement within 48 hours of confirmed delivery. Please provide photos or videos showing the issue. All requests are subject to verification and approval. Opened or used products are generally not eligible for return unless defective or otherwise required by applicable law.
To make a request, use the Request Refund or Request Replacement button on your order page (open it from your order confirmation email), or contact us by email at fumespepper@gmail.com or by call or WhatsApp on +91 94183 52525 with your order number. The 48-hour period starts from the confirmed delivery date and time. We may ask you to keep the product and its packaging while your request is reviewed.
If a refund is approved, it is made to the original payment method; eligible refunds will be initiated within 5–7 working days. If a replacement is approved, Pepper Fumes will bear the shipping cost of sending it.
Nothing in this section limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.
